What kind of nutrition plan is recommended?

Whole, nutrient dense foods specific for the phase and personalized to you based on your lab testing and assessments. There is a sequence of Biblical and functional nutrition progression that is personalized for our clients! Each phase has a nutrition plan food list and recipes that we tailor to each individual.

How long does it take to complete the phases?

D.R.E.S.S. Coaching Program is self-paced; meaning clients can complete the Phase modules, coaching sessions and protocols at their own pace. Typically clients move through the phases in 6-8 months.

What Lab Testing is used?

Does insurance cover this program?

Eureka! Holistic Nutrition and our partners do not bill insurance directly. But we can provide itemized bills for clients to submit to insurance or medical sharing plans to get approved for possible reimbursement depending on their specific plan. HSA and FSA can also be used as form of payment.
